2、化學(xué)法 包括酸/堿改性、接枝改性和交聯(lián)改性等。 酸改性:在膜制備過(guò)程中加入酸,經(jīng)酸化影響成膜組分的官能團(tuán)、鍵能和化學(xué)鍵結(jié)構(gòu),改變膜的化學(xué)性質(zhì),影響其性能。 堿改性:在膜制備過(guò)程中加入堿,成膜組分發(fā)生水解、醚化等反應(yīng)導(dǎo)致膜中官能團(tuán)和聚合物鏈的連接改變,使膜性能發(fā)生變化。 接枝改性:通過(guò)不同聚合物間接枝共聚反應(yīng)改變單一聚合物官能團(tuán)類(lèi)型、鍵能、聚合物鏈的空間結(jié)構(gòu)等,進(jìn)而影響膜功能性、結(jié)晶度、透氣性、力學(xué)性能等。 交聯(lián)改性:通過(guò)加入交聯(lián)劑使官能團(tuán)之間發(fā)生交聯(lián)反應(yīng),原來(lái)的線型或輕度支鏈型大分子形成三維網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),束縛分子鏈的運(yùn)動(dòng),導(dǎo)致膜微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、功能基團(tuán)改變。

3、生物法 主要是以生物酶改性為主。 在生物酶作用下促進(jìn)新鍵生成,改變材料分子間鍵能、分子鏈結(jié)構(gòu)、反應(yīng)強(qiáng)度等,影響膜微觀結(jié)構(gòu)與性能
