The mould forming system of disposable tableware in our factory is a kind of automatic continuous multi position hydraulic forming machine. The motion system of the hydraulic system can be connected with PLC control system through RS-232C interface, which lays a hardware foundation for the research and development of PLC control system. The control system shall meet the requirements of reliable forming process, simple operation and convenient maintenance. The control system of injection molding machine in each cycle is divided into 8 processes:

　　1. In station 2, the expansion motor rotates (3DT function), the forming cylinder rises (1dt function) to the limit position, the hydraulic system pressure rises, and the safety valve unloads for 2.5s. When the upper and lower dies are separated by the rising of the cylinder, the rotating force of the diffusion motor makes it easy to separate the tableware and the dies. 　　7. 兩成型筒在工位位置不變，壓實(shí)和加熱固化時(shí)間為12s。

　　流程要求:系統(tǒng)控制每個(gè)設(shè)備依次按照以上8工作步驟循環(huán)動(dòng)作,形成兩個(gè)電磁鐵控制油缸應(yīng)聯(lián)鎖(也就是說,1 DT和DT只能有一個(gè)行動(dòng)或不行動(dòng)的同時(shí),不同時(shí)),4 DT和4“DT要求是相同的。
